Leveraging the Power of Diversity:
Global and Domestic Prospectives

OVERCOMING RANKISM | VALUING DIVERSITY | ACHIEVING EXCELLENCE

How can organizations reap the benefits of diversity to achieve their goals?
This series of conversations is designed to answer this question. Too often, conversations about diversity focus on domestic issues while ignoring global trends, or vice versa. Speakers in this series will integrate both perspectives to highlight the common challenges and benefits of diversity across professional and geographic boundaries. Faculty, staff, students, administrators and practitioners alike will learn to work more effectively across boundaries.
