Grants and AwardsDistinguished Scholarship and Engagement AwardsTo recognize and promote NCID collaboration with U-M faculty who have done exemplary work in bridging scholarship and engagement in diversity, the NCID will launch this annual recognition process during the 2007–2008 academic year. The categories for the awards parallel the NCID’s eight core priority areas: Scholarship and Multilevel Engagement; Education and Institutional Transformation; Expressive Culture, the Arts, and Media; Health Disparities and Human Development; Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics; Urban Revitalization and Community Development; Organizations and Sustainable Development; and Public Policy and Social Justice. Funding Opportunity: Requests for ProposalsThe NCID invites submissions for its Faculty Fellows, Center Fellows, and Diversity Conversations programs.
